Unit Masonry: King brick to closely match the existing brick on the house, gray mortar, masonry veneer, anchors, control joints as required, Textro-Seal flashing system, and haul-off of masonry spoil piles.

West side of House: King brick to closely match the existing brick on the house, gray Mortar, masonry veneer, anchors, furnish and install steel shelf angle, removal of existing wood siding, fluid applied air barrier, control joints as required, Textro-Seal flashing system and haul-off of masonry spoil piles.
