Our History
Founded in 2016
The company was started to provide building envelope work in the areas of Masonry, Thin Veneer, Stucco, EIFS and Air Barriers. We want to provide General Contractors with a one-stop shop for all these services to make it easier for the General Contractor and for the project flow.
Our integrated approach means fewer coordination headaches and smoother project timelines. By handling multiple envelope systems under one roof, we eliminate the complexity of juggling multiple subcontractors while ensuring consistent quality across all installations.
Continuing to Evolve
The initial services was only Masonry (Remediation and Restoration), but eventually evolved into other building envelope scopes to include: Thin Veneer, Stucco, EIFS and Air Barriers. Our main focus was on the Multi-Family and Duplex sector, but evolved into the Hotel and Retail industries and single family homes.
What started as a specialized masonry operation grew naturally in response to market demands. We expanded our expertise to include thin veneer installation, stucco work, EIFS systems, and air barrier solutions. And while multi-family housing was our foundation, we soon found our skills were just as valuable in hotel and retail construction, where our attention to detail and reliability opened new doors.
