Masonry: Modular brick, architectural masonry, unit bases, gray mortar, CMU grouting of bond beams and vertical rebar cell only as required, masonry, veneer anchors, control joints as required, Textroflash™ flashing system, and furnish and installation reinforcing at 48” OC within masonry.

Thin Stone Veneer: Manufactured stone veneer system, Textroflash™ flashing system, drainage material, metal lath, and gray mortar for scratch and pointing.

EIFS: StoTherm®ci Essence DPR – EPS insulation board, adhesive base.

Fluid Applied Air Barrier: Coat air barrier applied to vertical surface DensGlass® and joints sealed.

Shell Unit Masonry: CMU height of 12’-8” at electrical rooms, grouting of bond beams and vertical rebar cell only as required, ladder joint reinforcement, control joints furnish and installation, and reinforcing OC within masonry. 

Tenant Finish Unit Masonry: CMU height of at main office, shipping office, receiving office, scrubber dump, fixtures office, and cross dock office, gray mortar, CMU grouting of bond beams and vertical rebar cell only as required, ladder joint reinforcement, control joints as required, and furnish and installation #5 reinforcing at 24” OC within masonry, where shown partitions stop. NOTE: Includes epoxy of rebar dowels into concrete slab for masonry work.

Scope of Work: Trash Enclosure, and air barrier at building

Masonry: Split face CMU, mortar, CMU grouting of bond beams and vertical rebar cell.

Fluid Applied Air Barrier: Air barrier applied to vertical surface DensGlass® and joints sealed.
