• Thin stone veneer

• Waterproofing and flashing

• Air barrier and WRB installation

• Sealants and caulking

• Controlled demolition

• Concrete repair and flatwork

• Framing and sheathing repair

• Exterior envelope repair support

• General labor support for remediation projects
   

What We Look For

Apex is looking for trade partners who can provide:
 

• Reliable manpower and supervision

• Quality workmanship

• Safe jobsite practices

• Strong communication

• Ability to work from scopes, plans, and field direction

• Professional conduct around owners, tenants, property managers, and general contractors

• Willingness to document work and follow Apex project procedures
